Refund and Returns Policy

Custom Branded Products
All of our products are custom branded to order with your logo, artwork, or message. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been branded.
This is why we strongly recommend ordering an unbranded sample before placing your full order, and taking advantage of our free digital mock-up service. The mock-up allows you to see exactly how your branding will look on the product before production begins.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before production has started and receive a full refund. Once production has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled as the products are being custom made to your specifications.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly branded due to our error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will offer one of the following:
- Rectify the issue — we will fix or reprint the affected products at no cost to you
- Replace the order — we will reproduce your order at no cost to you
- Refund your order — if the issue cannot be rectified or replaced, we will issue a full refund
When you contact us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected products where possible. This helps us assess the problem quickly.
Returning Faulty Goods
We will need the faulty products returned to us so we can assess the extent of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and in some cases we will arrange the pickup directly.
Please do not return any products without contacting us first, as we need to provide you with return instructions.
Pre-Production Samples
We offer pre-production samples so you can check the product quality, size, and suitability before committing to a full order. If the finished branded product does not match the approved pre-production sample, we will rectify or reprint the order at no cost to you. If it is not possible to rectify or reprint, we will issue a full refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue a credit to use on a future order. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account once approved.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If products have a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If products have a minor fault, we are entitled to choose whether to repair, replace, or refund.
